Wednesday, April 9

  • Set up starts at 9am
  • If you pre-shipped materials, those will be available to you in your booth space
  • You’ll be able to unload on-site but parking will be available about a half a block away
  • Your booth includes an 8 foot table and access to power
  • Everyone on your team is required to sign a waiver – no exceptions
  • There is overnight security on-site
  • There will be space for any items or materials that need to be covered or indoors overnight

All are welcome to join The Official Welcome Party at Sip Whiskey and Wine Bar in downtown Greenville starting at 6:30pm.

Thursday, April 10

  • Please arrive by 9am
  • As a reminder, parking will be available a short distance away but you may want to use a ride share instead
  • All creators will be broken into three groups; each group will rotate through all three zones of the show
  • There will also be free time at the end of the day for the creators to visit booths of their choice
  • Lunch and happy hour food and drinks will be provided
  • Overnight security will again be provided
  • No early tear down is allowed; all booths must stay up until 5:30pm

The Hardies Awards Gala and After Party begins at 6:30pm at Draper Purveying. All exhibitors and influencers are welcome.

There is no specific dress code for any event.

The Huddle is primarily outdoors so dress comfortably for the weather.

Sip is a rooftop bar with covered areas and fans if needed. The event at Draper is fully indoors.

Friday, April 11

  • Booth teardown runs from 9am to 4pm
  • All exhibitors are responsible for packing, wrapping and crating their booth materials
  • Exhibitors are also responsible for arranging return shipping; pick up must be scheduled Monday, Apil 14 and Thursday, April 17 between 9am and 4pm
  • You’ll need to leave your bill of lading in triplicate for the Huddle logistics team

What to expect at the show

The show is unlike any trade show you’ve ever seen. The total attendance is about 300 people. We love giving you the chance to share your brand with our invited influencers but remember, the real audience is the followers of the 50 creators which total over 21 million. With that in mind, it’s important you have a demo in your booth that is highly visual and translates to interesting social content that the creators can share. We’ve had brands create can launchers, have mermaids in a pool, build half a house, do skill challenges for the creators with a live leaderboard and more. The more demonstrable, the better! You are allowed to hand out product, prizes, and food from your booth. Have any questions or need help with ideas? Just ask!

The show is almost entirely outdoors including grassy areas and a paved parking lot. We’ll provide a table, chairs, power (if needed) and an unbranded tent if you don’t have one. There is no carpet or pipe and drape since the show is outside. Most other items and elements are the exhibitor’s responsibility but if you’re unsure about something, please let us know.

We’ll begin accepting deliveries on Wednesday, March 26th. All deliveries should arrive between 9am and 5pm ET, Monday through Friday only. The pre-show delivery deadline is Monday, April 7th at 5pm. 

Your items will be delivered to your booth area by 9am on Wednesday, April 9th. Set up should be completed by 5pm on April 9th. 

Return shipping must be arranged by exhibitors. Pickups for return shipping will begin Monday, April 14 at 9am. All exhibit materials must be picked up by 4pm ET on Friday, April 18.

Your booth registration includes four passes to the event. If you need additional passes, please let us know. Day passes are available for $90 per person and include access to the opening night party on Wednesday, the full event on Thursday and the Hardies Awards Gala on Thursday too!
